Terms and Conditions for theartofgoalkeeping.com and dougnash.co.uk

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website.

COPYRIGHT OF ARTWORK

All images contained on this website and other sites featuring these images are copyright protected material of Doug Nash.

Any illegal reuse, resale, distribution or publication in any and all media without permission from Doug Nash & theartofgoalkeeping.com or dougnash.co.uk in writing will be liable to prosecution under the copyright laws. Do not copy or use anything shown on this website in any form without the express permission of Doug Nash and theartofgoalkeeping.com or dougnash.co.uk.

If you need clarification please email goalies@dougnash.co.uk.

Purchasing artwork constitutes ownership of that physical object (i.e. the poster or any other artwork) and not any rights to publish, distribute, copy, market, reproduce, manipulate or otherwise exploit that image in any way.

BRANDING

The artworks featured on this website do not feature brands or sponsors on the individual goalkeepers.

Where a kit, gloves or boots would usually feature three stripes we have used two. Gloves have been drawn to resemble the actual gloves work by the individual goalkeeper but branding and logos have been altered and substituted for a generic graphic.

No club, country or manufacturer’s badges appear on the kits and no sponsorship is shown on any of the kits. It would have been nice to replicate the gloves, kits and boots exactly as the goalkeepers wore them but this has not been possible for copyright reasons.
